I did my term paper for the media & policy class I took last semester on a comparative analysis of the Gutenberg Printing Press and the Internet today, using Punctuated Equilibrium Theory as learned in my other public policy classes, which turned out to be quite interesting, so thought I’d post it here.
I still haven’t given up on the idea of Citizen Policy Work Groups, so adding sample content to the site from time to time lets lawmakers know that the idea is still alive!
My term paper is titled 500 Years of Punctuated Equilibrium Theory in Media, Gutenberg Printing Press VS Today’s Internet: A Comprehensive Comparative Analysis of Impacts & Policy Responses.
Here’s PDF of the paper if interested. It should give you the option to read only or to download.
Thank you for visiting the site!
